THEY APPOINTED THE WOLF
TO GUARD OUR MONUMENTS

Did they appoint
the fatherland denier Mrs Zorba,
the wife of Antonis Liakos,
who is connected to ELIAMEP,
which was funded BY GEORGE SOROS,
TO GUARD OUR MONUMENTS AND
OUR ARCHEOLOGICAL SITES?
AND TO DECIDE WHICH OF THEM
WILL BE TRANSFERED TO THE BANGSTERS ???
THINGS ARE NOT GOOD AT ALL !!!

THE CONSTITUTION IN FORCE
which you can find HERE
STATES
(P. 39 of the form, p. 38 of the pdf):
Article 24 (paragraph 6)
6. The monuments, traditional areas
and traditional elements
are protected by the State.
Law will specify the necessary,
in order to achieve this protection,
restrictive property measures,
as well as the means and the kind
of compensation to owners.
By the ministerial decision of Euclid Tsakalotos
on 19 June 2018
(file no. 0004586 ex 2018)
which you can find HERE:
another 10,119 public properties are transferred
in the ETAD (in userer's Superfund).
Paragraph 3 of that decision states,
3. Before completing
of the transfer of each property
which falls within the scope
of this Decision,
by enlisting it to the National Cadastre
or land registry in charge, as the case may be,
it is investigated whether there is a protected,
by virtue of the legislation in force, ownership.
In the affirmative case, the transfer to ETAD SA
is preceded by the examination and final judgment
on the pending transfer request to the controller,
in accordance with the legislation in force.
Followin this decision,
members of the parliamen
submitted multiple inquiries.
For example

the inquiring members parliament, find that
despite the assurances of ministers
saying that the sites are safeguarded
that Finance Ministry itself
expressed it's concern
for the outcome of the controls, since
"the information that exists
in the available databases
IS OFTEN INCOMPLETE,
since the departments DID NOT PROCEED
to the necessary updates and completions
with the full details of the properties
which they own. "
IN SHORT, EVEN THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE
CAN NOT ASSURE THAT,
THAT MONUMENTS AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES,
will not be transfered 'UNDER THE TABLE",
UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE SUPERFUND !!!
The Ministry of Culture,
in a press release on September 19, 2018
which you can find HERE
claims that:
the relevant Ministerial Decision
of the Minister of Finance
(MINISTRY 0004586 EX 2018-
Government Gazette B '2320/2018)
and paragraph 4 of article 196 of Law 4389/2016
ensure that the properties of archaeological interest
are not transfered to ETAD SA (the Superfund)
*Paragraph 4 of the above article reads as follows:
"Ownership, proceeds and possession,
of all immovable assets
managed by the ETAD (the Superfund)
in accordance with the provisions in force
ARE TRANSFERED AUTOMATICALLY
TO ETAD (THE SUPERFUND)
WITHOUT ANYTHING IN EXCHANGE,
subject to the following exceptions:
a. beaches and riparian areas,
wetlands.
b. Ramsar sites,
c. Natura sites,
d. archaeological sites,
e. purely wooded land,
and other things excluded from transaction.
However, as the inquiring Members of parliament state
these assertions are invalidated
from the immediately following
paragraph 5, of the Article 196,
of the same law, which reads as follows:
"5. The ETAD (the Superfund)
SHALL BE MANAGING the assets
excluded from the transfer
according to the terms
in the previous paragraph,
subject to reservation
existing right
any legal person,
EXCEPT FROM THE GREEK PUBLIC,
which has entrusted management
of its assets
to the ETAD (the Superfund),
TO REVOKE the assignment.
This means, that even those properties
that were transferred
but they should have been excluded,
although they do not pass
under the ownership of the Superfund
BUT ARE STILL UNDER IT'S MANAGEMENT.
The Article 196 of Law 4389/2016
can be found on page 120 HERE
according to the same queries,
even the Ministry of Culture,
DOES NOT OFFICIALY KNOW,
except of course, of the "underground" networks,
what exactly has been transfered
to the usurer's Superfund.

The Association of Greek Archaeologists,
in a statement which can be found HERE:
writes the following:
in the list of properties transferred
are included monuments and other properties
of the Ministry of Culture and Sports, such as:
- the archaeological site of Knossos,
- the Venetian walls of Heraklion,
- the Byzantine walls of Thessaloniki,
- the White Tower,
- the Rotunda,
archaeological museums such as that of
Heraklion, Sparta, Argostoli,
which proves that in the long list of 10199
properties transferred to the Superfund
unfortunately many public properties are included
which are subject to the archaeological
legislation, or are being used for the needs
of the Archaeological Service.
The Association of Greek Archaeologists insists that
the ONLY SOLUTION, to ensure the exclusion
archaeological sites, monuments, and
of other properties subject to the
archaeological legislation, or used
for the needs of the Ministry of Culture
from the transfer to the Superfund,
is to issue A NEW MINISTERIAL DECISION,
WHICH WILL STATE THAT THESE ARE ALL EXCLUDED,
and will DECLARE AS NULL AND VOID
THE TWO PREVIOUSLY adopted acts
(Government Gazette 2317 / B / 19-6-2018,
Government Gazette 2320 / B / 1906-2018).
Our own conclusion,
is that from the ministry of culture,
a list of properties was sent to the Superfund,
WITHOUT EXCLUDING ANYTHING,
(archaelogical sites, monuments etc)
with a complete indifference
for what will happen next.
INSTEAD OF CARRYING OUT A THOUROUGH SEARCH
AT THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND SPORTS
AND EXCLUDING PROPERIES FROM THE LIST THERE
where they should know which property is what,
did they forward THE FULL LIST
OF THE MINISTRY'S PROPERTIES
(including archaelogical sites and monuments)
to be checked by
the National Cadastre & Mapping Agency S.A.
and the land registries?
Of course, not all the "laurels"
belong to Mrs. Zorba,
Mrs Koniordou must have also
done something
and some were so happy
as to appoint her to be the president,
at the Niarchos Foundation.
Is there any Greek Public Procecutor,
in this unfortunate conquered country
who's Constitution,
has been turned by the government
into A PIECE OF TRASH?
Or are we to assume,
that the only solution possible,
is the ARTICLE 120?
